Returns
You can return an unwanted or faulty product within 14 days providing it is in the exact same condition it was received in. If it has become damaged to usage or marked then we cannot accept a return however we may be able to offer a partial refund.
Returns are not accepted for masks, gift experiences, personalised gifts, consumable items, bespoke / personalised items as these have been made specifically to order or have usage drawn out of them.
If you item arrives and it does not work as it should then inform us immediately via email returns@printedon.co.uk with any accompanying evidence where possible.
All parcels must be checked on receipt to ensure they have not been damaged in transit. If you've been unlucky enough to receive a faulty product do not hesitate to email us returns@printedon.co.uk with details of your purchase.
You are responsible for returning the item to us and for any costs you incur.
